2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from LoftnDecor.com and to every distance contract concluded between LoftnDecor.com and the consumer.

3. Offer

  • The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the mirrors and other products offered.

  • Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind LoftnDecor.com.

4. Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.

5. Prices

  • All prices include VAT.

  • Any shipping costs will be clearly stated at checkout.

6. Payment

  • Payment must be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.

  • Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

7. Delivery

  • LoftnDecor.com aims to ship orders within 3 business days of payment.

  • If delivery is delayed, the consumer will receive timely notification.

8. Right of withdrawal

  • The consumer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).

  • Within 14 days of cancellation, the product must be returned undamaged and – if reasonably possible – in its original packaging.

  • The consumer bears the costs of return shipping.

  • LoftnDecor.com will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.

9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Products that are custom made or personalized cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

10. Warranty and conformity

  • LoftnDecor.com guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.

  • Any complaints must be reported in writing or by email within a reasonable period.

11. Complaints procedure

  • Complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to LoftnDecor.com within a reasonable time via klantenservice@loftndecor.com or by telephone on 010-3071993.

  • LoftnDecor.com aims to respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.

12. Liability

LoftnDecor.com is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.

13. Disputes

Agreements between LoftnDecor.com and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
