1. Reflection period / right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

You will then be credited for the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.
2. Return conditions

Products must be returned unused, undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging.

In case of damage or signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to assess the product, a depreciation charge may be made.
3. Exceptions

Products that have been custom-made or personalized (e.g. special dimensions of mirrors) cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
4. How to return

Please email customerservice@loftndecor.com with your order number and reason for return (optional).

You will receive return instructions by email.

Please return the product properly packaged to the specified return address.
5. Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
