3. Delivery & delivery time

5. Damage upon delivery

  Please check the product immediately upon receipt.

  If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the product, have the delivery person note this on the receipt immediately and contact us within 24 hours at customerservice@loftndecor.com with photos of the damage.
  

6. Delayed delivery

If delivery is delayed or a product is not available, you will receive timely notification.

We deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium as standard. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact our customer service for a customized quote.
